Senior Business Lead primarily accountable for the business operating model work-stream covering solution design for direct to consumer and intermediary digital business propositions
PROJECT 2
Successfully delivered from initiation, a new CTI tool and enhancements to the existing telephony systems, to support the migration of customers between divisions and obtain maximum efficiency in the new Operating Model.

Successfully implemented a circa £1m project that delivered a new front end application for colleagues serving commercial customer - My Workspace
